By accessing or using this website, scheduling services, purchasing products, or participating in any wellness program offered by Richeson Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or our services.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION 
   Richeson Wellness provides wellness coaching, functional wellness services, nutritional guidance, red light therapy services, educational resources, supplements, and related wellness products and services. The information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
    

2. NO MEDICAL ADVICE 
   The content on this website and any information provided through consultations, coaching sessions, wellness programs, or educational materials is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. 
   
   You should consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplement regimen, or healthcare plan. 
    

3. RESULTS MAY VARY 
   Individual results are not guaranteed. 
   
   Results from any wellness program, consultation, coaching service, supplement protocol, red light therapy service, or recommendation may vary significantly from person to person. 
   
   Client outcomes depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to: 
   
   • Individual health status 
   • Medical history 
   • Lifestyle habits 
   • Compliance with recommendations 
   • Consistency in following wellness protocols 
   • Nutrition and exercise habits 
   • Environmental and genetic factors 
   
   Results are largely dependent upon how consistently and accurately you follow the guidance provided by your wellness coach and care team. Richeson Wellness makes no guarantee regarding specific health, weight loss, symptom improvement, or wellness outcomes. 
    

4. WELLNESS CONSULTATION FEES 
   The Wellness Consultation fee is non-refundable once the scheduled appointment has been attended. 
   
   If a client attends their Wellness Consultation, the consultation fee of $39 is considered earned and will not be refunded. 
   
   Rescheduling and cancellation policies may apply and are subject to change at the discretion of Richeson Wellness. 
    

5. SUPPLEMENT SALES AND RETURNS 
   Due to health, safety, and quality-control requirements: 
   
   • Opened supplements are non-refundable. 
   • Used supplements are non-refundable. 
   • Supplements that have been tampered with, damaged after purchase, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund. 
   
   Any approved refund requests for unopened products must be made within the timeframe established by Richeson Wellness and may require proof of purchase. 
   
   Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 
    

6. RED LIGHT THERAPY SERVICES AND RESULTS GUARANTEE 
   Certain red light therapy programs may include a results guarantee subject to specific eligibility requirements. 
   
   Refund eligibility for red light therapy services is governed by the applicable Red Light Therapy Results Guarantee Agreement or Program Contract provided at the time of enrollment. 
   
   Any refund associated with a red light therapy package may be limited to a specified portion of fees paid and will only be considered if all stated program requirements and guarantee conditions have been satisfied. 
   
   Clients must refer to their signed program agreement for complete details regarding eligibility, exclusions, documentation requirements, deadlines, and refund calculations. 
   
   Failure to meet any required program conditions may void eligibility for any refund or guarantee. 
    

7. PAYMENT TERMS 
   Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
   
   Richeson Wellness reserves the right to refuse service, suspend services, or cancel appointments for unpaid balances or declined payments.
    

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 
   By participating in any program or service, you acknowledge and agree that: 
   
   • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. 
   • You will follow all instructions regarding the safe use of products and services. 
   • You understand that participation in wellness services is voluntary. 
   • You assume responsibility for your health-related decisions. 
    

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richeson Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: 
   
   • Use of this website 
   • Participation in wellness services 
   • Use of supplements or products 
   • Reliance on educational materials 
   • Failure to achieve desired results 
   
   Your use of the website and services is at your own risk.
